Paul Noble has produced an extraordinary amount of work that combines meticulous craft with a political vision to produce a synthesis of drawing, architecture, philosophy and satire.
Born in Northumberland, Noble was a founding member of City Racing, an influential art space in London in the 1990s. His work has since been exhibited internationally and is held in the collections of Tate and the Museum of Modern Art, among others.

This publication contains essays by Iwona Blazwick, Ingrid Rowland and Anthony Spira, as well as photos, drawings and associated material selected by Paul Noble.
Paperback, 196 pages, colour and b/w illustrations. Co-published by the Whitechapel Gallery, London, Migros Museum, Zurich, and Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, Rotterdam, 2004.

La première monographie sur l'artiste britannique, présentant une œuvre de 10 ans autour d'une ville dystopique imaginaire. Publié à l'occasion des expositions de Paul Noble à la Whitechapel Art Gallery, Londres, septembre - novembre 2004, et au Migros Museum für Gegenwartskunst, Zurich, janvier - mars 2005.
Paul Noble est né en 1963 en Grande-Bretagne.
